Several years ago, I met Dr. Hagler and his staff when I asked for a consultation on braces as an adult. I had many questions, but one of the first questions was whether I could use clear braces. I was just starting in a new position as a spokesperson for the Kettering Police Department and I had just started a speaking career, so I was a little self-conscious and I didn’t want the braces to be a distraction. I was referred to Dr. Hagler by my dentist, Dr. Jerry Frasure for a consultation because my teeth were less than straight. Actually, I had a chance to have braces when I was in high school, but declined my parent’s generous offer (I wish I hadn’t been so stubborn). When I walked into Dr. Hagler’s office, I was met by his awesome staff, who were all friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable.
The office was spacious, modern, and extremely clean. Both the office staff and technicians appeared to enjoy their work and it showed in their positive attitude. They worked well together and strived to make me comfortable and educated about my decision to go through orthodontic treatment.
Dr. Hagler met with me and explained my crowding problem and devised a treatment plan while I sat in the chair. I shared with him my concerns about braces, and he explained the many choices available to me. I opted to have clear braces and tooth colored braces that would reduce the appearance of braces. I had scheduled appointments and was able to go to both the Xenia office and the Bellbrook office depending on where my work led me that particular week. Since my workplace was in Kettering, it was convenient to have the orthodontic office so close just off 725 on he border of Centerville, Sugarcreek and Kettering.
Liza, one of Dr. Hagler’s assistants, applied the braces and my check ups involved having the bands changed. What impressed me most was how I was able to reach someone in the office at all hours if a band broke or a brace became loose. Dr. Hagler even came in on a Saturday morning to help me out. I have been so completely satisfied with Hagler Orthodontics that I entrusted the care of my four children to Dr. Hagler and his staff.
